with a nonbiased inspection that is performed within the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards. ASHI's Standards of Practice are the most widely accepted home inspection guidelines used today and are recognized by many authorities as the definitive standard for professional performance in the home inspection profession. They include all of the home's major internal and external systems and are checked for adequacy, age/lifespan, safety, condition,
maintenance, and efficiency.
Background
President, Bruce Fisher is a professional certified member of ASHI, with extensive background in general contracting and construction remodeling
including carpentry and mechanical systems in both residential and commercial construction. Bruce has also served as Vice President of the Northern Illinois
Chapter of ASHI, Council of Representatives, and Legislative Chairperson. Currently Bruce is licensed for radon testing in Illinois, certified third party Exterior Insulating Finishing Systems (EIFS) inspector, FHA fee inspector, a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) field auditor, and trained to conduct energy audits.
